1Introduction
Welcome to Brainbuild ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and subscription services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2Account Registration
To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.
- You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Note for Parents: You are responsible for monitoring your child's use of the Brainbuild app and kits.
3Subscriptions & Billing
BrainBuild offers subscription plans that provide monthly STEM kits. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee plus applicable taxes.

| Refunds | Refunds are generally not provided for partial subscription periods, but please contact support for exceptions related to damaged goods. |
4User Conduct
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Prohibited activities include:
Harassment
Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users or Brainbuild staff.
Reverse Engineering
Attempting to reverse engineer the app or access non-public APIs.
Automated Access
Using bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service.
Account Sharing
Sharing your account credentials with individuals outside your household.
5Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Brainbuild and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Ghana and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Brainbuild.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. BRAINBUILD MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THEIR SERVICES, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR MATERIALS INCLUDED THEREIN.
TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, BRAINBUILD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BRAINBUILD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
7Dispute Resolution
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Brainbuild or to products you purchase through Brainbuild shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Accra, Ghana, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Brainbuild's intellectual property rights, Brainbuild may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any high or judicial court in The Republic Ghana, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
